Hot Bath

Here is a wonderful way of looking after YOU. A hot bath not only relaxes your body, but it also soaks out toxins.

In today’s busy world, fewer people are taking the time to have a bath. I can remember thirty years ago, a friend saying she had remodeled her bathroom and taken the bath out. I was horrified at the thought of not being able to take a bath if I wanted one. To be fair, I now generally only ‘indulge’ once a week, but if a job is worth doing, I like to do it properly. So, I have my lavender essential oil to help me relax. I stayed overnight with my son and daughter-in-law on the night after my husband’s funeral, and Tracey prepared a lovely bath with tea lights and bubbles, how thoughtful and special. If you live alone, please do this for yourself – you deserve it. If you have someone special – do it for them! You could also put Epsom Salts in.
