a rebounder. hat can a mini trampoline do for you? Just imagine that each of your cells is a
sphere. By bouncing on a rebounder, the cell is stretched and flattened. This exercises and
strengthens the cell, and also encourages the nutrition to get in, and the toxins to get out.
